Will lifting weights make me look bulky?
Looking bulkier as a woman can be achieved, either by superior genetics or performance enhancing drugs. One common hormone responsible for “looking bulky” is testosterone, which is why men look bigger than woman. Woman will never look like a man due to the fact that they do not possess as much testosterone as men do.
How long until I see results?
Each person is different and can’t be painted with the same brush. Some people may respond quicker to certain training programs compared to others, which is why a tailored program with the correct technique for every exercise can yield greater results within a quicker timeframe.
Do supplements work and if so which do I take?
These products should be used to supplement your diet. It should not be used as a method to lose or gain weight but rather as an aid to better your current routine.
Do I need equipment to be able to do strength training?

No, our training programs are suited to your needs and environment. You do not need equipment or gym access; however, something as simple as a pair of resistance bands will help you in seeing the desired results.

How do I gain access to my program?

Once you have contacted us and provided us with your goals, we design your program accordingly. After you have made your payment for the program, it will be sent directly to your email account.

Should runners and cyclists do strength training?

YES! If you want to improve your performance, you will need to incorporate strength training into your weekly routine.

Do you offer support for your clients throughout the training plans?

Yes, weekly check-ins are done where we encourage you to provide us with feedback. Adjustments and tweaks can be made at any time to refine the plan.

How will you be able to monitor my training online?

We monitor your training by encouraging you to send daily feedback after your sessions. If you have any questions on technique with strength training or sport-specific movements, you can send us videos and we will assist you. We also make sure to check in with you on a weekly basis.

How many days per week do I need to work out?

Depending on your health and fitness goals, a minimum of 3 days of exercise per week will give you the best results.

What is the best diet for weight loss?

Beware of any diet that promises rapid weight loss. It is important that you create a healthy and sustainable relationship with fueling your body. If you do not eat enough, you will not have enough energy to be able to work out. We do not provide you with meal plans as we are not registered dieticians; however, we can guide you and refer you where necessary.

Will your training programs help me to perform better in my sport?

Yes, we create sport-specific training programs for any sport that you take part in. Whether at an elite level or social level, we can help you improve your performance and reach your goals with tailored periodized programs.
